Ioannis is the managing partner of the law firm and has extensive local and international experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He served as head counsel of one of the top Greek pharmaceutical companies, handling the highest value licensing and distribution agreements in the Greek market. In 2010, he established ALG Manousakis Law Firm, which quickly became a recognized partner for pharmaceuticals and companies in the food and beverage sector in Greece, biotechnology companies seeking local advice and support in their day-to-day operations in Europe. The contracting support function for day-to-day operations in Europe, is currently comprised of 2 partners and 8 associates of the law firm. He is the author of the book "Pharmaceutical Law" and of various publications in law journals on compliance and regulatory issues for the healthcare industry, including competition law and data privacy issues.
Alexandros regularly advises multinational companies in a variety of sectors with regard to data protection. His experience includes advising on GDPR compliance, e-marketing, cookies, profiling, data sharing and data processing agreements, data subjects' rights and SARs, international data transfers as well as internal and consumer-facing policy reviews, privacy audits and Data protection Impact Assessments. Angela is a Greek qualified Attorney, Member of the Athens Bar Association, holder of an LLM degree in Private Law, while currently is a Law PhD candidate. Prior to joining ALG, Angeliki had been working in the financial services industry while she provided her services for 2 years as legal consultant and compliance officer at a Brokerage & Investment Services Company with international exposure, supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
Angeliki provides consultancy services on designing and implementing necessary Data Protection compliance initiatives, while she is appointed as Data Protection Officer for a biopharmaceutical company in UK and a Law Firm in Greece. Konstantinos is a Greek Qualified Attorney and Member of Patras (Greece) Bar Association. Alexandros is a qualified Greek Attorney, with postgraduate studies in civil and trade law in the University of Heidelberg - Germany and a holder of a PhD in International Environmental Law.
Alexandros served as legal counsel of the Public Power Corporation and the European Parliament, was legal consultant to numerous private companies in the field of public and private works, tourist enterprises, investment and acquisitions, has been involved in the implementation of special liquidation legislation in the banking sector and handled the commercial and civil litigation of credit institutions under special liquidation, developed and run a successful law office oriented in civil, commercial, corporate, energy and banking law before joining forces with ALG.

Before joining ALG, Arianna, was of-counsel to the Legal Department of a major Telecoms & Broadcasting Media Group of Companies in Greece; now, Arianna is the senior Privacy Manager of ALG’s data privacy operations and oversees the implementation of multiple global and local privacy (incl. GDPR) compliance projects for companies in various sectors, with a primary focus on multinational pharmaceuticals; She is also appointed as the external Data Protection Officer overseeing the data protection activities of two multinational pharmaceuticals in Europe and worldwide.
Globally recognized as a privacy and data protection expert and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by the IAPP, Arianna enjoys contributing back to the privacy industry by authoring online publications regarding various aspects of data privacy and compliance. She is also a member of the IAPP where she volunteers as the co-chair of the Greek KnowledgeNet Chapter.
Athanasia having a legal and regulatory background, dedicates most of her time to advise on matters related to the General Data Protection Regulation, IT outsourcing and Cloud computing. After her LLM studies, Vanda worked for 2 years as In-house Legal Counsel for an International Maritime Company involved in the review of several tender and contract agreements and the handling of Oil & Rig Offshore Projects around the world where she obtained great experience in contract drafting/review. During her stay abroad she had the chance to enrich her education through courses related to Construction (FIDIC), and Oil & Gas Contracts (LOGIC). Upon her return to her home country, she dedicated 8 years working in the Legal and Insurance Department of a top tier Greek Maritime Company listed in NYSE and operating globally. Yannis is a lawyer admitted before the Courts of First Instance who specializes in data protection and privacy issues with a focus on the implementation of new technologies. He is an alumnus of the Law & Technology LL.M in Tilburg University. Yannis provides advisory services for the entirety of a client’s journey in data protection compliance - from data mapping exercises and risk assessment of sensitive data sets, to policy drafting and vendor management. Elena has worked in the Court of Justice of the European Union in the fields of legal terminology, legal informatics, legal translation and comparative law. Ismini is a Greek qualified Attorney and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in EU and International Law. She holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and an Advanced Master’s degree in Public International Law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB), Belgium.
She has spent several years working in legal positions in the EU institutions in Brussels, notably in the Directorate‑General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology of the European Commission, as well as the European External Action Service. Regarding her working experience before joining ALG, she worked in a boutique law firm and was engaged, amongst others, with arbitration proceedings, institutional or ad hoc. She participated in the Legislative Drafting Committee for the "Corporate governance for Societes Anonymes" (Law 4706/2020) and the working groups for the Corporate Governance Code as it was published in June 2021 by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council. She has drafted various legal opinions for Societes Anonymes in light of competition and company law and has participated in the codification of the legislation on behalf of various ministries. She has also worked in a shipping company listed in NYSE and involved in the setting up of offshore companies and branches, shareholder agreements, ship registration, re-flagging of vessels, etc.

Rania is a Greek-qualified Lawyer working as a Junior Associate for ALG. Holding a Master of Laws in Transnational and European Commercial and Banking Law with a major in international contracting using new technologies and AI, Rania is currently a PhD candidate in the field of public procurement law. Her working experience extends to the fields of commercial/corporate law, civil law, and public law, with a special focus on public contracts, and in particular, on providing legal counsel during the tender preparation, drafting administrative appeals, and carrying out the procedural actions (applications of interim measures and acts of annulment) before the competent Courts.

She has a long working experience in the fields of corporate and contract law, and data protection laws. After her postgraduate studies, Spyridoula worked for a global healthcare leader involved in the review of several agreements, and the handling of big-scale projects, working closely with the Finance and Supply Chain Departments, gaining great exposure to contract law. While in the Netherlands, she further expanded her legal knowledge through courses relating to Public International Law offered by the Hague Academy of International Law.
Upon her return to Greece, Spyridoula worked with international law firms and consultancy firms focusing on international clientele from various cultural backgrounds. Filippos is a Greek qualified Attorney and a Member of the Athens Bar Association. He holds a LLM degree in European Law. Katerina is a Greek Qualified Attorney who joined the Athens Bar Association in 2022. She completed her LLB at the Democritus University of Thrace in 2020 and continued her legal traineeship at a major Greek law firm focusing on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases of international clients. After having participated in various MUN conferences (Model United Nations), at the ICJ (International Court of Justice) with the focus of Public International Law, along with her studies, she represented ELSA International ( European Law students’ Association) at the United Nations, in New York and Geneva.
